Biography

Linda Lee Boyd received a bachelor’s degree in religious studies from the University of California at Berkeley and a master of fine arts degree with high distinction in printmaking from the California College of the Arts.

She is on the board of the Emeryville Celebration of the Arts, which produces the annual juried Emeryville Art Exhibition, and was on the board of the California Society of Printmakers for many years. She has taught relief printmaking at the Academy of Art College and has her own graphic design business.

Her woodcuts are in the collection of the Achenbach Foundation for Graphic Arts at the Palace of the Legion of Honor in San Francisco, the Janet Turner Print Museum, and in the Fetterly Gallery collection at the Vallejo Community Arts Foundation.

During Covid, she retired from doing woodblock prints and now paints what she calls street still lifes.
